Cimo Braba I Stainless Steel Knife with Wooden Handle and Sheath - BR189-MAD

A Boiadeira or skinning knife is generally used in the field to prepare meats and roasts. It is more than a knife; it is a professional tool widely used by cattle ranchers or cowboys in cattle raising in Brazilian livestock. Generally, a Skinner or Boiadeira knife has a strong cutting edge and is made with short blades, and a good Skinner knife is not very flexible for good performance.

CIMO BRABA 1 Knife

Cimo created the Braba line of knives with the intention of being more than a Skinner knife; it is a knife for everyday use in the field and has all the characteristics of a traditional Skinner with some elements that make it a versatile knife.

A compact and robust knife, that's Braba!

Pointed and Monoblock Blade.

Made of hardened stainless steel and laser-cut, the blade profile features a sharp point and is made from a monoblock, meaning the blade and handle are a single piece, making the knife strong and well-balanced.

The edge grinding is done using a hollow grind process and is cooled to prevent the steel from losing its original resistance designed during the hardening process.

With a brushed finish and 3mm thickness, the blade of the Cimo Boiadeira Braba 1 knife is more than just a sharp blade.

Textured Wooden Handle

The handle is made of certified Jatobá wood with an anti-slip texture for a better grip during use of the rigid blade. At the end of the handle, we've included a lanyard hole for you to personalize your knife.

Brown Sheath in Genuine Leather

The leather sheath of the Braba 2 knife was designed with a side loop to be worn on the back and no clasp on the handle to always be at hand when you need it.
