What is the delivery time for my order?

On average, the delivery time is up to 10 (ten) business days.

You can confirm exact delivery times and types at checkout, choosing the option that best suits your order.

Don't forget!
The delivery date starts counting from the payment confirmation of your order.
Order processing time is 48 hours.

Note: The delivery time may change during periods of high purchase volume, such as Black Friday, Exclusive CIMO Promotions, holidays, and due to lack of supplies for item production.

What are the available delivery options?

Correios: you have the option to choose between PAC or SEDEX. Shipping may vary by location, so to calculate the shipping cost and delivery time, just enter your ZIP code.

Jadlog Carrier: Shipping may vary by location, so to calculate the shipping cost and delivery time, just enter your ZIP code.

Can I choose the shipping type when shipping is free?

Orders eligible for free shipping will be sent via the option chosen by CIMO.

How to change the delivery address?

You can change your delivery address at the checkout of your purchase.

Oh! If your order has already been finalized, it is not possible to make changes through the website. But you can contact us via email or WhatsApp requesting a change. If your product has already been shipped, it will be delivered to the address selected at the time of purchase.

If you no longer have access to the entered address, you must wait for the product to be returned to our stock.

After the return, you can choose to have it reshipped, where the shipping cost will be charged again, or open a voucher request with our customer service center to make a new purchase with the correct address or request a refund of the amount.

The carrier tried to deliver my product, but no one was there to receive it. What should I do?

The carrier makes up to three delivery attempts, on different dates, at the location you specified. If there is no one to receive the product on any of the attempts, the merchandise returns to the Distribution Center, where you can contact the carrier and arrange for pickup. If not picked up, the order will be automatically returned to our stock.

After the return, you can choose to have it reshipped, where the shipping cost will be charged again, or open a voucher request with our customer service center to make a new purchase or request a refund of the amount.

Can I use a PO Box address for delivery?

If you choose PAC or SEDEX, you can use a PO Box. If you choose Jadlog, it will not be possible, as carriers do not recognize PO Boxes as addresses for order delivery.

Always include a valid address with street name, number, complement, city, state, and ZIP code.
