Regret/Withdrawal
The deadline to withdraw from the product purchase is up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt.
The product must be sent without signs of use, accompanied by an invoice, manual, and all its accessories. The first exchange is free; in case of a new exchange, logistical charges will be borne by the customer.
Exchange
Cimo will exchange the product if it presents a manufacturing defect within 90 days, according to the Consumer Defense Code.

Important: The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, modifications to its original characteristics, or significant product wear.
Logistic costs (shipping and reshipping) during the warranty period will be covered by Cimo.
Maintenance
If the product shows a defect after the legal warranty period (90 days), an evaluation will be necessary to check the possibility of maintenance and offer repair or replacement options for parts, as needed.

Discontinued products
Cimo offers technical support for current products. If the product is older than 5 years and the production of the specific model has already ended, we do not offer exchanges or repairs.
