The purchase of products at Cutelaria CIMO is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Data Confidentiality:

Cutelaria Cimo guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by its customers, which will be used for respective communications regarding orders, payments, shipping, or responses to requested information.

Content Provided:

This website and all its content are intended solely for private use. The reproduction, transfer, distribution, or storage of its content is strictly prohibited for purposes other than strictly personal use.

Customized Products:

Important Notice: Cutelaria CIMO values the quality and integrity of its products. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse customizations on our products related to texts and images that may contain profane content, violate copyright, or do not comply with our standards and values.

By uploading your artwork, you acknowledge that you have all legal rights to use the submitted images.

If detected, Cutelaria Cimo will contact the customer to change the customization or issue a refund.

Prices:

Cutelaria Cimo reserves the right to modify its online store at any time, including the information and commercial offers presented regarding: products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions, and services. Therefore, prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. The images illustrating each product may differ from the delivered product.

To safeguard against possible data entry errors, Cutelaria Cimo, when processing an order, verifies prices. If the price of the product in question is lower, we will refund the difference to the customer. If the price is higher, we will communicate the respective difference to the customer by e-mail, who may accept or cancel the order.

All prices presented at Cutelaria Cimo are subject to change without prior notice and are always subject to stock availability.

Discounts and Coupons:

Discounts and coupons applied in campaigns and products are not cumulative, and the system prioritizes the greatest discount for the customer. If a campaign or applied coupon offers a larger discount, the smaller discount will not be applied. Discounts related to payment methods such as Pix or bank slip are applied at the time of payment completion.

Availability:

The products presented on the website are limited to existing stock availability. In case of out of stock, the customer will be immediately informed of its next availability by e-mail.

Orders/Shipping:

All orders placed through Cutelaria Cimo, for which payment is not settled within a maximum period of 15 days, will be canceled.

Shipping costs are added to the cost of each order.

All products sent by Cutelaria Cimo must be examined by the customer immediately upon receipt. If any anomaly or damage to the product is detected, the customer must contact us through the following service channels:
