CUTELARIA CIMO and Livelo Regulations
By making purchases at CUTELARIA CIMO's online store, at
https://www.cutelariacimo.com.br/pages/livelo (“Hotsite”), the customer accepts and agrees to the rules contained below.
1. Participants: Are individuals, over eighteen years of age, who (i) purchase products sold and delivered by CUTELARIA CIMO at
https://www.cutelariacimo.com.br/pages/livelo; (ii) Who use the coupon “LIVELO” before finalizing the purchase; (iii) are holders of the CPF informed during the purchase process at https://www.cutelariacimo.com.br/pages/livelo and (iv) comply with all the conditions of these regulations and the Livelo Program regulations, available at www.livelo.com.br/regulamento.
2. Campaign: Participants may accumulate:
(i) Standard Accumulation: 3 (three) Livelo Points for every R$1 (one real) in purchases for all Participants, which may be changed by CUTELARIA CIMO at any time; or (ii) Special Accumulation: 4 (four) or more Livelo Points per real in special campaigns valid for a determined period, according to the rules and mechanics defined in the offer/campaign itself.
2.1. In a single purchase, the Participant can only accumulate Points EITHER by Standard Accumulation OR Special Accumulation depending on the rules defined in the offer, and it is not possible to accumulate Points in both modalities.
2.2. For campaigns/offers that require being a Livelo Club subscriber as a criterion, only subscribers who (i) have joined the Livelo Club before purchasing products at https://www.cutelariacimo.com.br/pages/livelo and (ii) maintain their active subscription until the Livelo Points are credited will be eligible.
3. Period: This Campaign is valid for an indefinite period, and may be
terminated with 30 (thirty) days' prior notice from CUTELARIA CIMO.
4. Accumulated Points: The number of points to be credited will be defined by CUTELARIA CIMO, which will notify Livelo to proceed with the due credit.
5. Point Validity: The Points arising from this Incentive Campaign will be valid for 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of crediting to the Participant's Livelo Account.
6. Point Crediting Period: Livelo Points will be credited within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the receipt or withdrawal at the physical store, by the customer, of the purchased product https://www.cutelariacimo.com.br/pages/livelo, provided that the CPF number informed is valid.
7. ATTENTION: What does not accumulate Points: Livelo Points do not accumulate for (i) gift packaging, (ii) shipping, (iii) amounts paid with Discount Coupons, gift cards, and Purchase Vouchers; (iv) orders placed by legal entities; and (v) purchases made outside the Hotsite. Livelo Points will also not be credited for (i) unapproved or canceled orders; (ii) products returned by the Participant; (iii) cases of suspected fraud; (iv) failure to use the coupon “LIVELO” before finalizing the purchase (v) in case of violation of these regulations or the Livelo Program regulations; and Products that are neither sold nor delivered by CIMO.
PURCHASES MADE THROUGH CHANNELS NOT MENTIONED IN THESE REGULATIONS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR LIVELO POINT ACCUMULATION.
8. Non-cumulativity: This Campaign is not cumulative with other promotions,
bonuses, or discounts.
9. Responsibility: Livelo is not responsible for the quality of the products and services offered and made available by CUTELARIA CIMO. Livelo is not responsible for incorrect information presented by CUTELARIA CIMO and/or the Participant, including, but not limited to, the CPF number for crediting Points. It is up to the Partner to define the conversion of dollar to real in campaigns carried out at dollar-for-point parity.
