The Cimo stainless steel Bear Claw with a wooden handle is the right claw for your barbecue. It was developed for use with various types of meat, beef and pork. With 6 specially curved teeth, as shown in the image below, it guarantees that you will have the best performance with greater firmness when cutting meat, going far beyond what a fork offers.

Made of stainless steel:

Because the claw is made of stainless steel, a material suitable for use in professional kitchen blades and products, your claw reaches new levels of quality with the use of certified Cimo stainless steel. In addition to all the advantages, cleaning and maintenance are much simpler and safer.

Claw Teeth and Curvature:

The claw's teeth were designed for versatile and practical use. The entry angle and tip thickness are precisely manufactured, and the opening between the teeth facilitates passing the knife for perpendicular cuts (90°). All of this, combined with the organic curvature of the claw, skewers what is really needed and helps align the slices after cutting, as a claw should.

Wooden Handle:

The claw's handle is made of certified and stabilized jatobá wood for greater durability, and it is waxed with natural wax. The wood edges are rounded, and the bottom part of the steel that comes into contact with the hands is also rounded, ensuring greater comfort during use and improving firmness when holding any piece of meat while cutting with a knife.

But what is a bear claw for?

A Cimo bear claw is suitable for holding cuts of meat such as picanha, maminha, alcatra, contra filé, and even sausage. Specifically, you can use it for chorizo, noix, ojo de bife, and ancho, which are premium meats, making your barbecue more practical and with much more style.

It can be used on bone-in meats like roasted ribs and t-bones.

Our bear claw was developed in Brazil by Brazilians for our needs and the unique use that Brazilian barbecue has, which is very different from other parts of the world. That's why we also call this claw the Maned Wolf Claw.
