The CIMO Cleaver, made of stainless steel and a jatobá wooden handle, was developed to be a versatile tool in the kitchen or for a barbecue with friends. With its distinctive shape and design, it was designed for various cooking functions, such as chopping, slicing, and filleting. With it, you can cut anything from a small garlic clove or onion to larger pieces of meat like picanha or sirloin steak.

 

Blade Made of stainless steel:

The Costello CIMO Cleaver is made of AISI 420C stainless steel, which is suitable for use in professional kitchen blades and products, and for barbecues. This way, your cleaver will resist oxidation and, at the same time, will cut for much longer. Always look for products with Cimo's certified stainless steel. These are the advantages of using AISI 420 stainless steel, always ensuring the cleanliness and preservation of the cutting edge.

Blade Design and Cutting System:

The blade of the CIMO COSTELO Cleaver was designed after extensive research and testing to ensure a surprising and balanced cut. Anyone who owns a Cimo knife or pocketknife knows that the design makes all the difference. The cutting system used in the cleaver is Ultra Cut, with this perfect angle sharpening process. The Costelo 5” Cleaver will be one of the sharpest tools in your kitchen or barbecue.

Wooden Handle:

With a handle made of certified and stabilized jatobá wood for greater durability, it is waxed with natural wax. Its cut is made by a computerized process, ensuring rounded and precise wood edges. It is fixed with solid brass rivets, and on the back, you will find a hole to personalize or store your cleaver. 

Brown leather sheath:

Our cleaver's sheath is made of high-quality leather, has a refined finish, reinforced stitching, and embossed printing. It also features a safety lock with a snap button, also in leather, to increase safety when transporting the Costello wherever you need it.
