Cimo Oiti 8” Chef Knife

Brazilian Chef Profile Blade following the strictest international standards (French and German) with CIMO design. Recommended for general use in the kitchen and barbecue, versatile for cutting and slicing meats, due to its upward-sloping tip (clip point) which facilitates some types of cuts with correct movement. With full flat sharpening (the entire blade is ground, forming a razor edge), which means the cut lasts longer and makes it easier to cut harder objects without losing the blade's resistance, while also making the blade lighter compared to traditional sharpening, adding more comfort with prolonged use of the knife in the kitchen or barbecue.
