The EC85T folding knife is made of 420C stainless steel (special steel with oxidation resistance and high hardness - 56-58Hrc) with a Drop Point blade profile and brushed finish, resulting in a distinct look.

Tanto Blade Made of Stainless Steel

The Cimo EC85T knife blade is made of AISI 420C stainless steel with a hardness of 56-58 Hrc. The Tanto profile is a classic Japanese design widely used in Samurai swords. Our reinterpretation of this blade is hollow-ground, with a design developed by CIMO, offering precise cutting and incredibly durable sharpness. During its manufacturing process, the blade is tempered at 1000 ºC, and tests are performed to simulate atmospheric effects, proving the knife's longevity.
