Cimo Oiti Chef 8” Knife

Brazilian Chef Profile blade following the strictest international standards (French and German) with CIMO design. Suitable for general use in the kitchen and barbecue, versatile for cutting and slicing meats, due to its upward sloping tip (clip point) which facilitates some types of cuts with correct movement. With full flat sharpening (grinding the entire blade, forming a razor edge), the cut lasts longer and makes it easier to cut harder objects without losing the blade's resistance, and at the same time, it becomes a lighter blade compared to traditional sharpening, adding more comfort with prolonged use of the knife in the kitchen or barbecue.

Oiti 9" Fork

Designed for better use in barbecues or the kitchen, ideal for use on larger pieces. As the fork is tempered, it will not bend when you use it.
