This CIMO barbecue set with the 2350/8 knife and 2020/8 sharpener (honing steel) is made with a wooden handle. This kit is practical with a versatile knife that can be used for various types of meat and vegetables.

Knife 2350/8

The blade of the 2350/8 knife is made of stainless steel, suitable for use in professional kitchen knives and barbecue products, oxidation-resistant with quality steel certified by Cimo.

CIMO Sharpener (Honing Steel) 2020/8:

The barbecue kit comes with a honing steel (ribbed) sharpener to keep the cutting edge always sharp. The ribs of the honing steel are uniform so as not to damage the edge when sharpening. We recommend sharpening with an angle between the knife's edge and the honing steel's rod of 20 to 25 degrees.

Wooden Handle:

The handles of the CIMO Barbecue Kit items are made of ivory wood with a varnished finish, ensuring greater resistance. With a round and tapered shape, it fits the hand at any angle you hold the knife. The interface between the handle and the blade is made with a polished aluminum ring and a stainless steel guard.

Set Box:

To store or even carry your barbecue kit, it comes with a box made of environmentally friendly material (raw MDF). Its interior is velvet-lined and perfectly fitted for the knife and honing steel, so they will not move freely inside the box. Its closure is magnetic, thus ensuring a clean and modern design.
