The K85 Komodo Cleaver Knife G10 HANDLE W/CLIP is made of 420C stainless steel (special oxidation-resistant steel - 52-55Hrc) with a Straight Cleaver profile.

Cleaver Blade made of Stainless Steel

The blade of the Cimo K85-G10 knife is made of AISI 420C stainless steel with a hardness of 52-55 Hrc. The cleaver profile is an incredible tool for your pocket, manufactured with full flat grind and a design developed by CIMO. It offers precise cutting and incredibly durable sharpness. During its manufacturing process, the blade is tempered at 1000 ºC, and tests simulating atmospheric effects are carried out, proving the knife's longevity.
