A "Boiadeira" or skinner knife is generally used in the field to prepare meats and roasts. Cleaver Point Blade

Made of tempered stainless steel and laser-cut, the cleaver point blade profile is crafted from a monoblock, meaning the blade and handle are a single piece. This makes the knife robust and well-balanced.

The edge grinding is done using a hollow grind process and is cooled to prevent the steel from losing its original strength designed during the tempering process.

With a brushed finish and a thickness of 2mm, the blade of the Cimo Boiadeira Braba 5 knife is more than just a sharp blade.
