Machete with saw: Colosso!

Have you ever thought about carrying two tools in one? Now you can, because we created the CIMO machete saw. This item is for cutting wood easily and precisely, and its differential is a wood saw on the opposite side of the blade.
The Colosso machete has a cutting side with a Progressive Saw, starting with 5 PPI and smaller teeth, to facilitate the entry of the equipment into the wood and achieve a faster cut, while the main saw has 4 PPI and larger teeth to optimize cutting in all types of wood.
On the other side, it has a carbon chromium-vanadium steel blade with Hollow Grind sharpening. It has a special coating with a high degree of protection against rust, and its blade and Jatobá wood handle are integrated into the same piece of steel, called Full Tang Profile.
How to cut wood with a knife?

There are two ways to cut wood with a knife: with and without a saw. Options without a saw are great for cutting wood axe-style, by chopping branches. Those with a saw can be used with a back-and-forth motion until the wood is cut.
To practice saw cutting, steady the wood and start making downward movements, while keeping the base of the saw blade at a 45-degree angle, with the item to be cut in the direction of the cut. Then, put some of your weight on the saw, further leveraging the work of the teeth.
What tools are used to cut wood?

Tools for cutting this material usually have two distinct focuses, one focused on outdoor exploration, camping, and Bushcraft, while the other is for woodworking and furniture construction, which require a more appropriate finish. For this second use, it is common to opt for:
- Table saws;
- Circular saws;
- Hole saws.
While for more manual and outdoor uses, these devices are not recommended. Therefore, people usually buy and carry in their backpacks:
- Saws;
- Hand saws;
- Machetes.
Before the creation of the Colosso machete, adventurers always ended up weighing down their bags with tools; now it's possible to carry two items in one.
