Cutlery has been part of our daily lives for a long time. Steel blades have accompanied the evolution of humanity, after all, humans have always relied on animal protein, i.e., meat, and blades have always been essential for this. For this reason, the art of cutlery remains alive to this day. And Cutelaria Cimo has been building the history of cutlery since 1964, remaining relevant in the market to this day.

Cutelaria Cimo, a history of value and tradition!

Throughout the centuries, artisan cutlers were fundamental, as blades previously needed to be forged at very high temperatures with hammers and anvils, relying on the manual skill of cutlers. And from generation to generation, this tradition was passed down until we reached the present day, where technology is also present in blade manufacturing.

And so it is at Cutelaria Cimo today: technology combines with the art of cutlery, resulting in pocket knives, knives, and machetes of high strength and durability, in addition to perfect finishes, which make our blades unique pieces. Cimo's tradition began in the city of Amparo, in the interior of São Paulo, when it launched its first traditional pocket knife, the stainless steel model with a straight blade and Hollow Grind, the 220/3 pocket knife.

Then, over the years, the business evolved, and with the arrival of laser cutting technology, new pocket knife models were added to the arsenal. So, after the classic straight-blade models, other incredible models emerged, such as the imposing Tomahawk and the powerful Gecko, which are true successes of the brand.

In the 80s, Cutelaria Cimo decided to expand its business even further, investing in the manufacture of stainless steel knives and professional work machetes. Then, barbecue knives, household knives, and professional use knives also became successful throughout Brazil. Today, our knives are exclusive, and every barbecue fan wants to have one at home for that classic weekend barbecue, as they are robust, stainless, with razor-sharp cutting edges, perfect grind, and exclusive design projected by CIMO professionals.
